About Sita
I was a burnt out, anxious news producer before I was a serious meditator.

Do I need prior experience with Kundalini yoga or meditation?
None at all. Whether this is your first time on the mat or you've practiced for years, you'll be guided every step of the way. The practices meet you where you are — beginners feel held, and seasoned practitioners go deeper.
Are there replays if I miss a session?
Yes. You'll have replay access to every session for one full week after we finish. Come live if you can — the real-time field is where this work lands deepest — but the recordings are there so nothing is lost if life gets in the way.
What if I can't attend all three days?
Come to everything you can. Each day builds on the last, so the full arc is where the deepest shifts happen. And with one week of replay access, you can catch anything you miss and still complete the journey.
What do I need to have or prepare?
Just a quiet space, a mat or comfortable seat, water, and a willingness to show up fully. That's it. Your living room becomes the retreat.
